Description:

The training course begins with basic training of the whole body, during which your breathing is centered, while muscles and joints are being relaxed and activated. These exercises will teach you how to coordinate your movements. The second part of your training consists of flexibility, breathing and meditation exercises.

Thus, during Cufei training, your entire body will be worked over – all tendons, muscles and joints. You may find a few exercises difficult to master at first, but over time you will learn them. Also, you will very soon find your own limits for each exercise and thus to avoid injuries.

Your training will stimulate muscles and blood circulation and release waste substances. The result is a truly supple, toned body and a cleaned out organsystem. In the long term, Cufei training will also increase your body awareness and give your body a sense of freedom.
