The purpose of Body SDS Yoga is to strengthen your body, make it supple and relax it.

Each yoga session will focus on a specific body region. Among other things, we will work on your back, shoulders, hips, thighs, arms and scalp. 45 minutes of delightful Body SDS training and yoga will provide effortless strength, good breathing and enhanced body awareness.
The combination of standard Body SDS training methods and yoga also the whole person and creates grounding.
Body SDS yoga can be trained by all, both young and old.
Note: The group is open to all holders of a standard or premium membership, or a standard or premium prepaid Card.
