    Description:

    Here you will work with the whole body and activate all joints and muscle groups. Several clients use this form of training for maintaining their bodies and keeping their energy and their joy of life. Basic training is a balanced mixture of cardio, strength training and body relaxation.

    A round of basic training will equal a body treatment , which is why several clients use this form of training to maintain their bodies and minds. Our basic training closely resembles Cufei. However, the exercises of basic training are less advanced.

    DURATION: 2 HOURS
    LEVEL: EVERYONE
