Description:
During training, we start building up your nervous system, joints and ligaments, before starting the build-up of muscle fibre mass. The interaction between muscles and nerves is essential to muscle strength. That is why the whole body is used in all exercises, so you do not just get marked muscles, but muscles with many muscle fibres and optimal muscle strength.
With joint training, vigorous skipping exercises, power training of muscles and efficient loop training, you will achieve a great physique and a heavenly well-being in a short time.
Moreover, this form of training is an effective means to correct back and shoulder posture and can be used to strengthen a weak back.
In most cases we are working without tools, since this is based on your own body weight.
The training can be performed up to five times a week and is recommended for those who are prepared to work out intensely and targeted.
